is a private, not – for – profit initiative. It has been developed as a low cost voluntary association on a small grant, totally independent of any commercial interests or political or religious agenda. It is NOT influenced by any missionary intent to
convert any one from no religion to one, or from any religion to any other. It only expects the users of its totally free facilities to apply high ethical standards. All is meant to grow into an only arms length - guided, self perpetuating global cooperative of volunteers.
The site continuously expands as a structure of inter-connected, mainly blank pages.
Everybody can express their own news and views in their own words like on their own blog or web site.
However,
MFB
provides an inputting format, which can be sorted and easily found by a rapidly
growing fellowship searching for such information. English only, until peace minded volunteers (you?) offer to translate into their languages.

What Meaning behind the Name?
A popular social media brand appeared an easily memorised reminder-device to adopt, but with an equally memorable spelling difference.
However, cultural traditions are often intertwined with individuals’ real beliefs, irrespective of generally practised, organised and named religions. Multi - cultural understanding thus deserves equal respect as an ethics backbone and can also in itself offer valuable
opportunities to enhance peace.

therefore intends to publish many cultural events, news, papers and indeed poetry and fiction, which have no
religious connotation.

to enhance mutual understanding and respect among people from diverse backgrounds for each other’s often mainly external differences in appearance, traditions, beliefs, rituals and life style.
Mutual understanding of each other’s similarities in fundamental human behaviour and ethics and morals and respect for the differences can best be achieved through sharing peaceful, sometimes merely social and / or cultural, non-commercial, non-politically agitating events. That ideally also triggers proactive voluntary collaboration in projects for the common good of all involved.
This assumption is based on many years practical experience of
MFB’s initiator and current chair in voluntary civic society and community
cohesion work, e.g. as trustee for the leading organisation of London Citizens. It is a charity campaigning for human rights and social justice and consisting of some 150 full membership communities of widely diverse faith and cultural back grounds.
Many such non profit communities all over the world hold very well organised events of general interest to which they welcome outsiders, but cannot invite them, because the
would - be hosts often simply do not yet know the identity of their potential guests.
On the other hand, many individuals, who might find such events very interesting to attend, do not know about them, unless they are taking place in their neighbourhood.
